Ugh! I understand! That's what I hear from many people since I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia - drop the carbs! I'm a carb freak; love pasta and bread the most. But if my flares continue to slow me down, I may have to say goodbye, too :-(

It's true carbs are a fabric of our lives. I'm still eating them and love my comfort foods, but when they are making you miserable instead of comfortable it is time to change.

Yeah I don't know how I would cope without my carbs to be honest they make up a large part of my diet but many of people do just to cut them from their diet and that is ok if that is what people want
