Zat's All, Folks!

The end is here
It has to be
We finish with
the letter Z

It's never first
It's always last
It's cache of words
is not so vast

Still, Z is a love of mine
Our son hears it all the time
I'm so glad that Z is free
For, his name is Zachary

Zach at 6 months
Zach today with his lovely bride

Thanks to everyone who popped into the ballpark this month.  Writers need readers; otherwise we'd just be sitting at the computer getting wider saddlebags for nothing. Of all the blogs in blogswarts, you paused to visit this one. And I'm grateful.  I pray it was worth your time.  Join me in the dugout anytime!

Aren't you so clever?
Don't think that I could ever
come up with that much rhyme
unless I had more time!

Hi Mare,

Thanks for stopping over to see me during A to Z. I have to catch up with my visits now. Loved your little poetic tribute to Zach. So sweet, and I appreciate the wills reminder. Unfortunately it looks like your knitting prowess is about on par with mine. Glad it gives us all something to laugh about because laughter is such a beautiful thing. Isn't it?! Enjoy reconnecting through A to Z. I heard recently that blogging is on the decline. Maybe. But the A to Z challenge sure gives it a resurgence once a year anyway. God bless, Maria @ delightdirectedliving
